How to take part in the competition

Shop at our retail stores in Frankfurt, London and Berlin during each store's TOKYO KIOSK pop-up period, enter your personal details with a valid receipt number and submit the application form. Alternatively, you can shop at our online store between 21 September 2024 and 28 February 2025, and you are automatically entered in the competition.

Conditions of Participation

General Conditions of Participation
The competition is run by H.I.S. Deutschland Touristik GmbH.
The closing dates for entries are stated above. The winners will be chosen at random and notified in writing by email. The winners must provide H.I.S. Deutschland Touristik GmbH with their full address within 7 working days so that the prize
can be sent. In the event of an undeliverable notification of the prize, H.I.S. Deutschland Touristik GmbH is not obliged to conduct any further investigations. Participants must ensure that they can be contacted via the email address provided. After three unsuccessful attempts to notify the winner, the prize will be forfeited and will be put up for another draw. All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of
H.I.S. Deutschland Touristik and their relatives are excluded. Cash payment of the prize and transfer to third parties are not possible. Legal recourse is excluded. Information on data protection can be found here.
The data collected as part of the competition will be used exclusively for the administration of the competition and will be deleted after completion. The data will not be passed on to third parties. Miscellaneous: Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. In order for a prize to be distributed, the announced winners are obliged to inform us of their address.
If a winner does not respond within 2 weeks of being notified, a new winner will be chosen.

All people who have purchased in the real Store can participate in the Lottery.
People who have purchased online, automatically participate in the lottery (no action required).

No, there is no minimum spend required to participate in the Lottery. You can participate after each purchase.

The winner will be announced in March 2025. Prizes will be shipped in the same month.

Airline ticket and JR PASS are effective until 2026/April.
During the peak season there is the possibility not to be able to book desired period. The airline has not been decided and it has not been decided whether it is a direct or a transit flight: people can give the plane ticket to others.
